Buying and selling a home is very stressful. Matt and Nicole made both transactions as stress free as possible. Our last home took 5 years and 3 different realtors; our experience with Crossroads Realty the summer of 2013 was awesome! Matt came in and did some finish work for us so the home would be ready to sell. We gave Matt and Nicole our trust to list the home for market value. We had a call in just hours of listing and an offer 3 days later. In the meantime, we were in the process of buying another home. Again Matt and Nicole took care of everything. Since Matt and Nicole were selling our home and helping us find the next one they helped us with a significate savings on their commission to sell! By having them charge 1% of the price, it was great to have more money to buy the new place!

Preparing for the process- they were very matter of fact, hid nothing, advised well, and were honest with their advice. We had listed our home previously with another realtor with only 1 or 2 showings. With Crossroads Realty, it showed on a regular basis and then did sell! The 1% was a great savings and helped on curving the other costs of the sell. If you truly want to sell then Matt and Nicole will be aggressive in getting it done. Selling and buying in the short time we did was stressful but Matt and Nicole worked very hard on getting it done as smoothly as possible. They were very good on handling our situation because our buyer was not being reasonable until the day of closing he finally gave a little to our situation. Matt and Nicole I feel are very honest in their processes. Sometimes it may feel like they are not on your side, but they really are. They are very upbeat, but also will give the worst case as when it is better all are very pleased and you are prepared!
